The International Elite Engineering School operates under a Joint Governance Committee system, supported by an Teaching Guiding Committee and an Executive Committee. The Joint Governance Committee consists of 8 Chinese members and 7 French members. ECUST President Xuan Fuzhen serves as the Joint Governance Committee Chair, while Prof. Jacques Mercadier, Vice President of the FGL, is the French Dean of the school.
